He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
Mat 13:38,39 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.
In my spirit I have been literally groaning with the vision of God's people coming into relationship with Jesus as one. The vision that God has given me is directly in relation to the harvest of this last generation. This type of relationship we have never been able to achieve. Yet God has shown me that there are many who will achieve this when the harvest begins and the work of God is completed in you.
Matt. 13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
Every one of us has our own kingdoms that we call home that we come to at the close of each work day. Our kingdom is our home where we live with our family. According to the scriptures the man is suppose to be the head of this home or household. The head of the house is also called a householder.
The kingdom of heaven is also called the house of God in which we are a member of. The head of the kingdom is Jesus Christ who is also called householder or head of the house. We read in Matthew 20 of Jesus as the head, (householder) when He spoke of Himself going forth to hire people to work in His vineyard ... For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, which went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.
Now we see that the kingdom of heaven is a house with Jesus as the head or householder. We also see that there are three measures hidden in the meal until all is made whole or leavened. There may be other interpretations here because prophesy is many times like looking at a wheel within a wheel. Ezekiel the first chapter spoke of the four creatures with their wings and four faces with the 16th verse saying these words, and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel. I believe what this is saying to me is the meal is the word and there are three comings of the Lord hidden in the scriptures until the time the kingdom,(house) is leavened. To leaven is to cause it to rise. So it will take all three comings of the Lord to bring the rising of the house of God to the place of completeness when it can be said, it is finished.
We can see clearly how Jesus was hidden in the scriptures pertaining to His coming the first time and the purpose of His coming.
I believe the second coming has been hidden also and the purpose of His coming. Just like it fooled the leaders of that generation so will it fool the leaders of this generation. I think of the scripture right now in Ecclesiastes 1:9, perhaps you have read it, The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be and that which is done is that which shall be done and there is no new thing under the sun.
I believe we may have confused some scriptures that pertain to the second coming with the third coming and the third coming with the second coming. Now if this is the case and it has been hidden then we will see it hidden by most of the sayings of the apostles. Yet what we see not spoken by the apostles we do see it spoken by Jesus Christ Himself such as the scripture above about the harvest. If we check the writings of the apostles prior to the book of Revelation you will find nothing said about harvest that must be at the end of this age. We find only writings of Jesus coming and we all being changed such as the scripture in I Cor. 15:52,53 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
Also scripture that Paul spoke of the Lord's third coming such as Eph. 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fullness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth, even in Him.
Why don't they speak of the coming harvest? We find the clue in the sayings of Jesus Himself in Act 1:6-8 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power but you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you and you shall be witnesses unto me.
God has kept the times or seasons in His own power and to come forth when He determines it is time. After all, it is His field. We read above, the world is God's field and the plants in it will be as He determines in its seasons. The time to plant, water, grow, and then the harvest of the plants.
We must remember also that the book of Revelation did not come to us until approximately 30 years after the apostle Paul and Peter were slain. They never got a chance to read it. The apostle John was the last one left and he was in his old age.
The apostle Peter having never read the book of Revelation prophesied of an event that would come about at the end of the next age, called the kingdom age.
2 Peter 3:12,13 when he said, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. All of these sayings are wonderful words to help us as we seek the Lord and allow Him to show us how we are to live and see the things to come. We also do not in any way take away the tremendous work God did through these apostles because by these men and the other people that helped them, they in that generation laid the foundation to the living house of God with Jesus Christ as the corner stone.
But now after so long a time the Lord wants to bring forth revelation concerning what this harvest means and His second coming. In every harvest there is a gathering with a separating work.
This harvest will also be an axe being laid to the root of every tree. Only this harvest will not effect just one nation but will effect every nation on earth. Think of how great this event will be! Separation will once again begin to happen but this time taking peace from the earth. Once again will it be said that every tree that brings forth evil will be placed into the fire and burned. This time the trees of righteousness, (those whose names are in the Book of Life) will not be used to build the foundation, that's been done.
They will be cut like the harvesting of trees to be formed into the very building of the house of God. Living trees being formed into the living house of God. Now the Lord shows me that He will have a multitude that will be mature enough to be formed into Him who is the building and to be one with Him. Up to now this Great Building has been hampered from being built because of our enemies. Just like the days of old when many came out of captivity in the days of Haggai, Zerubbabel, Joshua, Zechariah, and others to restore and build the house of God. Look at all the opposition they had from others to keep them from finishing the building. Now that house was a material house where as this house is a Spiritual one and the opposition has been also great to keep us from growing up and becoming one with Jesus. The latter house will be greater then the former house.
Now as the Lord has shown me in this vision, the enemy will not keep back what the Father has purposed to come forth in His time and season and to bring forth what has been prophesied in the scripture.
2Th 1: 6-10 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.
Mat 24:44-47 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
One of the oldest prophesies to be fulfilled pertaining to the Lord's second coming is Jude 1:14,15 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
The Lord will indeed do a great work through His people of the last generation. Many scriptures must be fulfilled such as Rev 14:6-8 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
Why the Lord kept this second coming a mystery I don't know, perhaps to keep the enemy form doing damage to the knowledge of it, I don't know. I do know because of the shortness of time, our Lord wants you to begin to hear of this because you are at the very threshold of the harvest to begin which will bring forth a work to bring you together as one in Him, Jesus Christ.
The Lord wanted this article to be some what of a forerunner to the Word or articles that will follow. Many times I will use some same illustration and scripture over again. Even though it is a repeat I think this is profitable so our remembrance is stirred up within us. Trying not to make these articles too long; will stop here.
